Order Confirmation:
All orders are confirmed automatically (by email), and you'll be within max 8 hours on weekdays receive per message. e-mail, if there were any problems with supply (Backordered / udsolgte articles).
You can always follow your order status by following the link that is specified in your order confirmation, or by going to your member account. Order status is at the top left of the contracting side.
Orders to be paid via e-banking or check will be valid for 10 days from order date, then canceled automatically.

Windliner ApS uses a payment gateway from QuickPay. Communication with this payment solution has been tested by PBS. All data is sent encrypted.
If we are unable to deliver the entire order, we can reduce your payment to the new order total. We can not increase the amount if you want to add one or more product lines.

We usually provide same day we record your payment.
If your order contains ordering goods, but placed the order will be shipped when we can make a single supply.
All orders are delivered in future by parcel post via PostDanmark and can be followed in their Track & Trace system.
You receive a mail with the package number when sending your order.

All domestic orders (DK) conferred freight costs 75.00 kroner ('09 prices) to PostDanmark. Windliner ApS item using commercial packages.
Overseas and foreign destinations will pay the freight in accordance with current tariffs with PostDanmark.
These charges are incorporated into our system and you will always get the cargo indicated before ordering. You will never pay more than that calculated by the system.

You have 7 days return / right.
The goods must be returned in original packaging, and possibly. protective packaging.
The cost of return shipment shall be borne by you. We pay in return cargo back to you.
Do you want the money returned, it will facilitate our business, if you simultaneously send us information about your bank. We need the following information:
Registration (4 digits)
Account number (10 digits)
We will return the amount to your account the same day we receive the goods.

Complaints and warranty:
There will be 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products.
Windliner ApS exchange or repair if possible defective goods, but we reserve the right to settle a claim by paying its price.
The cost of the return shipment of this type held after agreement of Windliner ApS.
